There is a significant housing shortage and demand for housing in the West Coast region. There is also a shortage of land that can be developed and planning limitations. We are looking to increase the number of homes available in the West Coast by replacing older homes with a greater number of new homes under our redevelopment programme. We are also purchasing completed homes from developers.
