Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is looking at some of its sites to assess redevelopment options to help meet the growing demand for public housing in Palmerston North.
In Palmerston North, we are looking at the possible redevelopment of the following sites:

At this very early stage it’s important to note that we are just looking at our options and there are no firm plans to proceed with redeveloping these sites.
