Urgent repairs or maintenance
Urgent repairs are problems that affect your health and safety. We'll fix these within 4 hours, wherever possible. Call us on 0800 801 601 and select 'option 4 - repairs and maintenance', anytime.
Urgent repairs can include blocked drains, toilet or sewage problems, gas leaks or bad water leaks, no power or hot water or electrical faults.
You can also log a non-urgent job online using MyKaingaOra(external link)
Fencing enquiries
If you are not a Kāinga Ora tenant but share a boundary fence with a Kāinga Ora property and have a fencing enquiry, you can contact the team via email at PropertyManagementService@kaingaora.govt.nz . A list of what information is required can be found on our Fences page.
